Our diverse team plays a critical role in creating a lasting impact in west-central Minnesota. Together, we combine our talents and efforts to create a healthier, safer, and more inclusive community for all. 

The United Way Network spans more than 1000 local organizations in 40 countries. While the location, geography, and local culture may vary – every community needs hand-raisers who are inspired to advance the mission of United Way. It’s why there are so many team members working within our network along with 1.5 million volunteers, and 6.8 million donors.
