Want to have your field trips or other celebration at The Village? We can’t wait to help you learn and celebrate! We would love to host you and your group. Just check out the information below.
Birthday Parties
Availability
Birthday party rentals are available on:
Mondays: 4 pm-6 pm (During Open Hours)
Tuesday: 4 pm-6 pm (Private Parties Only)
Thursdays:4 pm-6 pm (During Open Hours)
Friday: 4 pm-6 pm (Private Parties Only)
Saturdays: 10:30 am-12:30 pm, and 2-4 pm (During Open Hours)
Sundays: 2 pm-4 pm (During Open Hours)
*Private rentals are available at the times listed above, or upon request, and do require an additional cost.

Reserving your party
To reserve a party time please email us at manager@thevillagemuseum.org or call the museum at 320-262-3057. Our staff would love to help you make your event special!
Please Note: You need to reserve a time by contacting the museum to check on availability prior to making a deposit.
Field Trips and Group Events
We would love to host your field trip or group event here at The Village. We look forward to providing a space for fun, learning, and engagement.

Tuesdays: All Day
Or call to arrange another time, based on availability
All field trips are private events unless otherwise planned with the Museum Manager. We also host group events either as private events or during open hours depending on the group’s needs. We look forward to creating the perfect space for your group or event and can’t wait to have you join us at The Village!
The cost for field trips is $5 per child, the cost for private events varies dependent upon each group’s individual needs and attendance.
